PROJECT TITLE: Local Development and Cultural Heritage Preservation through Geographically Indicated Products

Project Summary

This project aims to examine the role of geographically indicated (GI) products in local economies, sustainable development, and cultural heritage preservation. Developed under the Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnerships framework, the project seeks to foster knowledge and experience sharing among educational institutions, local governments, and producer communities from different countries.

Within the scope of the project, the economic and cultural impacts of GI products in participating countries will be analyzed. Training programs will be developed for entrepreneurs and students, and digital learning materials will be created. Field studies with local producers will be conducted to promote the preservation of traditional production methods, and research will be carried out on marketing strategies for these products.

Through international collaboration, innovative solutions will be developed throughout the project to support local producers in reaching global markets while preserving cultural and economic value.
