The initiative aims to address gender biases and promote inclusivity in educational settings. We seek to enhance the skills and knowledge of youth workers and teachers, enabling them to create gender-inclusive environments for the young people they work with and advocate for equality in their professional practices.

Project Objectives:
- To support youth workers and teachers in using more inclusive approaches while working with youth to tackle gender inequalities.
- To increase media and information literacy among youth workers and teachers to guide youth to unbiased, reliable information.
- To reduce gender bias in educational settings.
- To empower youth workers and teachers to advocate for gender equality.
