Disaster crises not only limit people's interpersonal relationships and daily activities, but also bring socio-economic problems.
Disaster In times of crisis, destructive and troubled times, women and children bear the greatest burden of problems and needs.
In post-disaster crisis periods, it not only limits people's interpersonal relationships and daily activities, but also brings socio-economic problems. The burdens and responsibilities on women, unemployment and loss of employment intensified. Women took on a greater burden than men. Because of the disaster, she lost her day jobs, childcare and nursing jobs, and other jobs in various industries. Likewise, most women who sold their produce could not sell their products.
Our project includes activities with three main intellectual outputs and sub-headings under these intellectual outputs.
(IO1) Coaching and Mentoring Support: We aim to prepare women for training modules by helping them get rid of the trauma they experience, realize their potential and have an idea about what they can do.
We will get rid of the negative effects of the disaster period and encourage the development of future life plans, questioning the system, cooperation and solidarity capacities.
(IO2) Trainings and methods for the economic support of women.
(IO3) E-commerce course and curriculum: It aims to strengthen, support and increase the entrepreneurial spirit of refugee, migrant and local women.

Each stage of our project has been arranged in a way that will follow and complete each other. In other words, in:
IO1 contributes to the awareness, consciousness and empowerment of women,
IO2 enables women to acquire a skill that they can perform as a profession and to document this skill,
IO3 enables women to become digital entrepreneurs after they have achieved the competence to use e-commerce platforms thanks to the skills they have acquired.
Empowering women through digital skills related to e-commerce and entrepreneurship adopts the following EU objectives:
• Increasing the employability of women,
• Supporting women's entrepreneurship,
• Reducing cultural and other barriers to women's participation in the labor market.
The goals and activities of our project serve each of these goals and aim for a more prosperous and social Europe. Empowered, skilled and equipped entrepreneurial women
Having a profession will also have a say in the digital commerce platforms of the developing and changing world. Our project will proceed with the slogan of “Strong women, strong society”.
