GAMER – Gamified Emotional Regulation for Youth

The GAMER project needs a coordinating organisation

The GAMER project aims to strengthen emotional regulation and mental resilience in children and youth (ages 6–17) through biofeedback-driven gamified learning tools. Key activities will include:

Developing adaptive digital games with real-time heart rate monitoring;
Training educators and youth workers in game-based emotional regulation methods;
Pilot testings;
Creating open-access resources and policy recommendations for long-term impact.
Expected Results:
Improved emotional regulation and stress management in youth (including vulnerable groups);
Enhanced digital competences of educators and youth workers;
Stronger cross-sector cooperation in youth work;
Contribution to Erasmus+ priorities: inclusion & diversity, digital transformation, innovative learning, and youth well-being.
