Youth exchange offering corporate-style challenges to enhance soft skills, leadership, teamwork, public speaking, digital literacy, and confidence.
Youth exchange KA152 that simulates working in a corporate environment as a way to train essential soft skills for the future. The exchange will combine interactive workshops and group projects, focusing on topics such as leadership, teamwork, personality differences, and work-life balance.
Participants will also explore how “corporate language” is used and perceived in different cultures, while practicing public speaking, body language, and presentation skills. Digital tools (e.g., Notion) and self-presentation techniques will be part of the program. The project aims to help young people develop confidence, adaptability, and intercultural understanding – valuable competences for both their personal and professional lives.
Project goals:
- Developing youth soft skills – particularly leadership, teamwork, self-presentation, public speaking, and digital tools usage, while fostering openness, cooperation, and solidarity in line with European values.
- Building intercultural awareness and sensitivity – through analyzing and comparing communication styles, body language, and work approaches in different cultures, promoting respect for diversity, countering stereotypes, and strengthening intercultural dialogue.
- Enhancing confidence, adaptability, and democratic attitudes – through practical project work in a simulated corporate environment, emphasizing work-life balance, responsibility, equality, and active participation of young people in social life.
