Future – Reconnecting Young Offenders with Family and Society

We seek partners for an Erasmus+ Youth project supporting reintegration of 14–29-year-old young offenders through family and community empowerment.

With our project "Safe Future", we aim to create innovative pathways for the reintegration of young people (aged 14–29) in conflict with the law. Our vision is to strengthen the role of families and communities, empower young people’s sense of belonging, and develop new methods to help probation services reach them more effectively. Through art, sports, culture, and educational activities, we will build stronger social ties and transfer good practices from across Europe. We are seeking dynamic partners—youth centers, universities, NGOs, and social service organizations—to join us on this journey towards a safer and more inclusive future.

Social obstacles

With our project “Breaking Barriers, Building Futures”, we aim to empower young people facing social obstacles (economic hardship, family difficulties, risk of offending, social exclusion) to reconnect with society. Our objectives are to enhance young people’s social skills, strengthen family and community support, and adapt good practices from Europe into an inclusive model. Through activities in sports, arts, culture, and education, we will create new opportunities for disadvantaged youth. We are looking to cooperate with youth centers, NGOs, universities, and social service organizations.
