Future Ready: Skills for Work in a Changing World

EKE Bitola from North Macedonia is preparing an Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange for the 1 October 2026 deadline and is looking for motivated partner organisations.

The project will focus on employability, key competences, soft skills and preparing young people for a changing labour market.

Through non-formal education activities, participants will explore topics such as:
* identifying their skills and competences
* communication, teamwork and problem-solving
* CV and job application skills
* preparing for job interviews
* changes in the world of work, including digitalisation and new technologies

We are especially looking for organisations working directly with:
* young people with little or no work experience
* unemployed or NEET young people
* young people with fewer opportunities

We are looking for partners who can involve young people from these target groups and support them throughout the Youth Exchange.
