From passion to profession

We are looking for 2 partners from Erasmus+ programme countries to join our youth exchange project "From passion to profession."

Project summary:
This youth exchange aims to empower young people by helping them identify their passions and transform them into sustainable entrepreneurial projects.
Through a mix of interactive workshops, practical activities, and collaborative exercises, participants will gain the tools and confidence needed to turn their ideas into reality while fostering cross-cultural collaboration and innovation.

Aim:
To inspire and equip young people to channel their passions into meaningful and sustainable entrepreneurial initiatives.

Objectives:
- Enable participants to identify their interests, talents, and skills through creative and self-reflective activities.
- Provide basic entrepreneurship training, focusing on sustainable and socially responsible practices.
- Foster collaboration among young people, creating innovative ideas for addressing community challenges.
- Empower participants to develop personal entrepreneurial action plans for future implementation.

Project details:
Dates: 04th–13th of November, 2025
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania.
Participants: 35 young people (6 participants + 1 leader per country).

Partner requirements:
Commit to selecting and preparing motivated participants aged 18–24.
Be willing to support follow-up dissemination activities.
