From Conflict to Partnership

This Project aims at fostering co-operation btw Programme countries through equipping participants with capacities in the field of peacebuilding & negotiations.

This is a Youth Exchange (KA1)

The project aims at complex examination of strategies and techniques used in negotiations, the mechanisms of effective communication as well as discovering national peculiarities in the culture of speaking in order to improve relations on diplomatic arena both at interpersonal and international level. This project aims at raising awareness on conflicts and respecting & managing cultural diversity.

Methodology
The training course will be based on non-formal education methods and will involve non-formal and informal learning. It will be learner-centered, practice-oriented and based upon the needs and expectations of the participants. Moreover, a special emphasis will be laid on self-assessment and on a self-directed learning process.

The project involves the following stages:
1) PEDAGOGİCAL training and certification of young people to resolve conflict, build constructive dialogue and promote peace;
2) PEACEBUİLDİNG WORKSHOPS – participants will create new projects adapted to the target audience with the object of promoting peacebuilding and understanding among people with different cultural and social background;
3) INCLUSION THROUGH SİMULATİON ACTIVITIES: organisation of debates regarding the social and educational role of effective communication and peacebuilding.
