FOR FUTURE SUSTAINABLE OCCUPATIONS: AI AND STEM TALENTED GENERATIONS

We need partners having experiences about stem and artificial intelligence as the organization for ka205 project based on sustainable future occupations.

There's no question that STEM skills now form the basis of the fastest-growing job categories. A study released by the World Economic Forum shows that data-related jobs will be the most in demand within the next four to five years, along with AI and machine learning specialists. Shifts in the global job market will result in 58 million net new jobs -- 75 million jobs will be eliminated, but the rise of digital enterprises will create 133 million new jobs. The leading job categories that will be the most in demand include data analysts and scientists; AI and machine learning specialists; software and applications developers and analysts; and something called "big data specialists," though it's likely these people will have other titles in the coming years.

With the changing World, we need youths knowing themselves and being aware of their competences to have the careers for future sustainable professions. Our education system is generally focused on developing expertise skills; From primary school, we study mathematics, mothertoungue and science. Almost all of our school life is dedicated to the development of our expertise. The survey studies and observation forms on the youths show that despite their academic success they do not have 21st century skills such as independent thinking, innovative, creative, problem solving, leadership, self motivation. It has been observed that in the feedbacks received from the coaching meetings held regularly with the students every month under the leadership of our guidance, the students can not overcome the problems stemming from the academic success-oriented education system they can not express themselves. These problems are;
*not being aware of their competences and which profession or career is suitable for them
*Not to be creative,
*Not being a leader in any task at school or outside school,
*Not being good at expressing ideas or thoughts in the society,
Our main aim by writing ‘FOR SUSTAINABLE FUTURE PROFESSIONS: HAVING AI AND STEM TALENTED GENERATIONS’ is finding innovative solutions for the employment problem of the youth.
