The goal of the project is to exchange experience, ideas and knowledge for professional development, entrepreneurship and self-realization

The goal of the project is to exchange experience, ideas and knowledge between young people from at least 6 European countries in the area of life goals achievement, personal and professional development, entrepreneurship and self-realizations. The target group are young people with fewer opportunities, with limited access to opportunities for education, entrepreneurship and career.
In project methodology will be focused also on topics related with social inclusion; cultural and ethnical diversity; cross-cultural dialogue; tolerance and support to people in need.
The training activities will be combined with cultural activities, outdoor activities and sightseeing in beautiful Rhodopes mountain region.

Each partner should provide 6 participants ( 5 youngsters and 1 group leader) and should participate actively in project implementation and follow up activities. The target group are young people with fewer opportunities, with limited access to opportunities for education, entrepreneurship and career. The participants should be young people in the age between 16 and 30 years. The participants should be young people with fewer opportunities or young volunteers ready to give help and support to people with fewer opportunities. With priority could be included in the project young people from rural areas, who are dreaming to stay and come back and to have realization in their places without migration to big cities or other countries.
