Follow the Roots (Youth Exchange)

The reason why we decided to create this project is that we strongly believe that in everyone there is a huge potential that, if used, can create great impact on the world, both on people and the world of communication. We also believe that, in order to achieve this potential, what is needed is a setting in which it can grow and can be express. This is what we want to create in this project: a space in which young people can explore and express themselves by bringing their awareness on who they are, what they can be, what they want to be and what they want to create in their lives and in their way of understanding language.
In concrete, we want to focus on drug and alcohol abuse within youngsters: we see it as a vicious circle, as we think that is a problem that on one hand is caused from young people’s lack of resources and awareness of their potential and that on the other hand cause obstacle for youngsters to express themselves. The way we want to approach this topic is thought nature, social activities and personal development: we want to encourage people to explore different possibilities in in the field communication. Each one’s actions have an impact on the world: we want to bring awareness on this so that young people, once they get conscious about their power, can decide in which direction to lead their actions. In this way we will achieve two worthy results: empower young people personal level.
In particular the aims of the project are:
Increase the mobility of 30 youngsters with difficulties at school;
Increase awareness about the language that we live in;
Promote entrepreneur in a sustainable way.
The objectives of the projects are:
Bring together 30 participants who have learning difficulties;
Create and disseminate one video diary for each partner association with results achieved in the exchange and suggestion for future improvement;
Use mindfulness to bring the focus of the participants into their own goals;
Exclude the drug and alcohol use from the reality.

Increase awareness about opportunities that EU can offer, by facilitating the connection between international organization involved in different ways in Erasmus+ projects
Increase active and proactive citizenship
Improve the level of key competences and skills of young people with fewer opportunities, by giving them space to explore and express, showing them models and providing them tools (Victim/accountable chart, Circle of creativity)
