FocusUP: Digital Well-being and Time Management for Gifted Minds

The "FocusUP" project is a KA152 Youth Exchange tailored for gifted and high-potential students (aged 15-18) who face unique challenges in the digital era. While highly capable, gifted youths frequently struggle with academic burnout, severe procrastination driven by perfectionism, and digital distractions that fragment their focus.This project gathers young minds from different European countries to address these challenges through non-formal learning methods, such as forum theater, simulation games, and outdoor escape rooms. Over a 5-day mobility, participants will share peer-to-peer insights on balance, explore effective time management frameworks (like Pomodoro and the Eisenhower Matrix), and co-create a "Digital Well-being Toolkit" for youth.
