Focus On Ability

Umitkoy Engelli ve Yakinlari Yardimlasma Dernegi in Ankara, Turkey collaboration with EPEKA Turkiye is launching a training course under the Youth in Action program about strengthening volunteering with the creative tools for the disabled people.
"Focus On Ability" is the title of the training course and it will be between 22 - 29 January 2013 in Ankara, Turkey.
Participants in this training course will have competences on developing motor and cognitive skills of the disabled people with creative and fun activities and tools for inclusion of the disabled people. All the competences and tools will be applied with the disabled people in the center by the participants. On the last day of the training course, participants will plan and organize a or more youth exchanges for mixed groups: disabled and non-disabled.
We are looking for organizations and informal groups who are working with disabled people from EU countries + Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Armenia, Belarus, Moldova and Georgia. 70 % of the travel cost, 100 % of the accommodation, meals and visas will be reimbursed.
