FIRST SEED

“First Seed” project, aims to empower the young people and increase their participation to active
participation to the society with including them in long term EVS Projects. In this scope, the young people
will do voluntary work in 3 months terms in Program and Partner countries (for each country is 2
volunteers, totally 8 volunteer) and within the context of the project, they will work on youth work context
but not only in particular, media, humanitarian aid, rural development and family support and they will
develop their competences in those areas. As a result of that, after their return, their chances to be
employed will be increased as they will be able to speak second language and they will become
respectful towards to the other cultures.
Working for social inclusion and for the co-existence of individuals of any provenance and beliefs,
promoting animal welfare: especially this project is for organization working for agriculture and rural
development.
Facilitation of agricultural activities, such as institutions organizing workshops about rural development
for youth
Organization with working fields such as agriculture, plant, farming are among our target groups.
The aims of the project are;
-To increase the participation of young people with fewer opportunities
- To empower the young people in region
- To increase the young people’s employability and increase their participation to the economical life
- To increase the quality of youth work in GAP region
- Promotion and development of organic farming practices for young people
- The main aim of the project is to promote the development of organic farming and the issues related to
sustainable development, not to mention a total of information and ideas, to the relationship between
man and nature

Participant Profile :
- 18-30 years old
- Disadvantaged and young people with fewer opportunities( educational and economical obstacles )
- Low or intermediate language level
- Motivated to increase their competences and work in youth field after their return.
