FemEUtopia

We are currently preparing a transnational youth participation project aimed at empowering young women* through co-creation sessions, expert discussions, and art workshops. During mobilities in the partner countries, participants will engage with diverse art forms and topics, developing their own authentic ways to address discrimination and inequalities through art and artivist approaches and through an intersectional lense.

The project directly tackles themes such as gender inequality, feminism, and womanhood*, creating a safe(r) space where participants can share and discuss personal experiences, challenges, and aspirations as women* in Europe. Our aim is to make young female voices and perspectives heard and their visions seen by a wider audience – particularly at a time when female* perspectives may risk being overlooked or discredited.

Over the past three years, we have successfully implemented a similar project, Europe is Female, which proved valuable and enriching for all participants. Building on this success, we now aim to expand our network and bring even more perspectives to the table.
