IFALL is going to apply for a training course and networking possibility about EVS accredited organization for the october deadline.

Project Background:EVS for ALL

EVS is an opportunity for many young people from whole over the world. However this opportunity can include some challenges for the organizations and volunteers who are involved in EVS projects. One of the way to decrease challenges is to create a meeting place for people who have different roles in EVS projects. As IFALL we learned from our mistakes about EVS projects and we would like to share these experiences with other EVS organization as well as hear their experiences.

Description:
The purpose of this project is to bring organizations who has EVS accreditation and create a discussion forum that can lead possible to future collaboration and build a network among youth workers who work in these organizations. Therefore the profile of participants is very important. We are going to involve youth workers, EVS mentors, task related supervisor and volunteers who would think to be part of EVS project in future or who have done EVS project recently. To bring participants who has different aspects and roles in EVS project will lead fruitful discussion and understanding. This will increase the quality of EVS project.

Main objectives of the training course are;
The main objectives with our project are
- to increase quality of EVS projects
- to increase communication and collaboration between accredited organization and let organizations to create new EVS project in future.
- to create a meeting place where organizations can do networking.
- to support organizations who works with EVS and increase management skills.
- to see cultural differences and methods while practicing during project and after the project.
- to create new and innovative ideas and methods about working with EVS.
- to increase awareness of youth worker about their roles in EVS.

Project Details:
1. The main activity, which will take place in Örkelljunga between 07 - 13 March 2016. The training course will include 3 participants from each country. The program will include non-formal learning methods such as small group discussions, workshops, creative drama, role-plays, simulation and inspiring visits.
2. The partner organizations should have EVS accreditation in order to be part of this project. Therefore please state in PIF that you have CO, SO, HO accreditation. We prefer the partners according to their experience of immigration, integration and refugee issues but this is not a must. We combined the project partners among public body, university and also non-governmental organization.
3. This is a training course and a possibility for networking.

How to participate on the selection of partner organizations:
In order to participate in the selection of partners for this training course, please complete the partner identification form attached to this call and send it by email to Charlotte Elisha Burgess (charlotte@integrationforalla.se) before the 20/08/2015.
