EVE - Virtual Youth Exchange on Career guidance, soft skills and L2L competence

Virtual Exchange project topics: based on previous e-learning platforms and 2D, 3D education games incorporated, trilogy created based on the vast mobility and training experience of Millenium Center Association: www.thevoyage.eu, www.themobility.eu, www.thecourses.eu.
- Career Box: self-knowledge, career decisions and planning, personal branding, preparing applications for finding a job;
- Online Training: Learning to learn competence: time management, information management, lifestyles for quick learning;
- Online Training: Soft Skills Development: group dynamics, communication, informing young people, social, emotional and multiple intelligences; education and the learning process, diversity management, conflict management, personal and professional development plan.

We are looking for universities as partners and youth NGOs as APs to join our project, Virtual Youth Exchanges for University Students to join us:

1. Public institution - Aurel Vlaicu University from Arad, with over 9000 students.

2. Youth NGO - Millenium Center Association - private non-governmental organization - 24 years of activities promoting and involving youth and youth workers, dissemination and exploitation of results to thousands of youth and YW, non-formal education, and lifelong learning active in KA1, KA2 Adult, Youth in online courses creation, KA2 CB in different continents. Organizing over 60 YExchanges and over 700 volunteers involved in coordinating, sending or hosting v. mobilities in Europe, Asia, America and Africa.

3. Consulting company - PREDICT CSD CONSULTING SRL - private company SME with 17 years experience in entrepreneurship, tourism, e-learning, educational video games, gamification, 2D and 3D games, creating the first Erasmus+ 3D game that have been also awarded by EACEA and Salto 2023 in digital transformation category.
