European Youth Summit (EYS)

The main objective is to organise the 1st European Youth Summit in Spain by and for young people. A summit led by Germany, France and Spain that will bring together young people from different countries and regions of the EU in 2022; the European Year of Youth.

For 4 days, the city of Bilbao (Basque Country) will host this meeting in which 250 young people will have the opportunity to present, debate and co-create based on current issues together with experts.

The 6 chosen topics are mostly framed within the European Youth Strategy and are present in many of the current youth plans. The Summit will result in new contributions that will enrich the youth plans and strategies of cities, county councils and governments,
offering them a young and European approach.

We are looking for non-profit youth organizations from Erasmus+ participating countries, the proposal will be presented as a youth participation project (KA1)
