European mobility for a more inclusive sport (KA-182)

GESPR is a French employers’ group working in grassroots sport and supporting sports educators in different local organisations. As part of a forthcoming European staff mobility project, we aim to strengthen our educational practices, especially in relation to inclusion, participation and the management of heterogeneous groups.

We are looking for a European sports organisation willing to share concrete coaching practices and welcome our team for a job-shadowing experience. Our approach is practical: we want to observe how sports professionals organise groups, adapt instructions and exercises to different levels, encourage cooperation and ensure that all participants can take an active role in sports activities.

The project will involve 10 GESPR staff members: 6 qualified sports educators and 4 employees working in support functions. Through observation, professional exchanges, workshops and practical situations, our educators will discover and test new approaches, while the support staff will help analyse, document and prepare the transfer of these practices within GESPR.

A key objective is to identify methods that can be transferred to different sports, age groups and local contexts. After the mobility, the practices considered most relevant will be adapted and tested in France, then shared with other GESPR employees and member organisations.

We are therefore looking for an open and collaborative European organisation ready to share its experience, involve our staff in practical learning situations and build a partnership based on cooperation, mutual learning and the development of more inclusive grassroots sport.
