the masterclass is managed by high profile chefs, managers of Casa Download (https://www.facebook.com/casascaricacookingclass/)

There 'll be theoretical and practical courses, aimed at the acquisition of basic and advanced techniques and the sharing of European identity through recipes and food.

Raw foods materials are important. We 'll only use natural and genuine raw materials that are often from organic and sustainable gardens (such as Casa Scarica)

We are looking for schools and organizations strongly connected to the topic.

Venue: Castellammare di Stabia, Napoli, Italy
The programme includes: non-formal activities, workshops, visits, practical sessions with youths, self-reflection groups, events, etc.
