to plan an exchange of yp around this reflexion : what does it mean to have 20 yo in Europe today, and what did it mean in one century before...

In 1914, Europe was in war and life of youngsters was very different. One century later, youngsters have to developp union and consider the european citizenship. We propose an exchange of one week in Mazingarbe, a town of north of France because to speak about citizenship and to share some activities and développ links betweens our organizations.
We are a social and cultural center (settlements) and are members of IFS (International Federation Of settlements). our principal aim is to give power to inhibitants and to help them to developp their own projects.
The action will take place in october 2014 and the project will begin in July.
