EuropeAid project related to human rights in Uzbekistan.
The topics are the following.
i) Prevention of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading
treatment or punishment;
ii) Protection and promotion of rights of vulnerable groups (e.g.
children, women, persons with
disabilities, elderly people) and fight against discrimination in all its forms;
iii) Strengthening of independence of judiciary and rule of law;
iv) Protection and promotion of economic, social and cultural rights.
