Euro-Mediterranean Art Cities

"Euro-Mediterranean Art Cities" borns from idea of Legambiente Campania to create network between youngh people, association, citizens. and other euromediterranea cities that have a big artistical ancd cultural heritage
The young people will discover the minor artistic heritage and co-create a new Beauty with help of the digital culture. The project fits in current periodo marked to economical crisis. Many young abandon out the schools and don't find jobs. The Beauty of euromediterranea art cities could be opportunity for a new vision of development.
There will be three meetings between the applicant and the partners. Every meeting will happen in all of three countries engaged in the Project. During the meetings the three organisations will plan the activities to develop all together to be successful, they will evaluate any doubt that there could be during the project and they will compare each other on the experiences and the activities realized.
The aims of project are:
-encourage the involvement of young people
- promote cooperation between art cities
- improving the creative spirit of youngs
-encourage entrepreneurship of youngs
-promotes meeting between young people and policy makers The youngs partecipate at these activities:
- historical research of art cities
-comparison between art cities(material production: cd,dvd,image,brochure paper...)
- research monuments and arts works (not famous but important)
-creation of a new turistic map
-organize multipleir events
- creation APP "virtualguide" (in Naples)
The youngs will make activities with "learning by doing" method. The youngs work with experts and voluntaries. The activities will be disseminated with press and internet and with pubblic workshop.
All along the period of the project, there will be the chance that the results of the project could develop new turistic areas ( where there are now the abandoned asset) in the historical centres, contributing to the economical growth.
The Campania's Legambiente, in the middle and final phases of the project, has organised two trainings for the partner organisations that will take place in Naples.
