TRAINING METHODOLOGIES AND METHODS
• The training course will be based on non-formal education and will emphasize the use of education through sport. The approach and methodology will be based on the publication “Move and Learn” Training manual for non-formal Education through Sport and physical activities with young people (available online: http://www.edusport.info). This publication was the product of a long term training course for trainers in education through sport supported by the Youth in Action Programme in 2012-2013.
• The whole training programme is designed on the basis of experiential learning. All participants will be involved into the process of learning and the training course will be based on the personal experience of participants including previous experience and collective experience within the group of the participants. Sessions and workshops will involve participants actively using both collective and individual learning situations. Collective and individual reflection will be provided both on daily and on course level in order to conclude learning outcomes and to identify further learning needs.
• The interactive exercises (simulations, group work, role-plays etc.) will be using sport and physical activities therefor we are expected all participants to be involved physically and emotionally.
