Erasmus+ KA220-YOU Partnership Call: Inclusive Youth Work Through Traditional Sports!

Project Overview
Traditional sports are a key part of Europe’s cultural heritage. However, many of these sports
remain limited to local communities and are not widely known at the European level.
This project aims to promote inclusion and cultural diversity through traditional sports,
by collecting, documenting, and disseminating traditional sports and games from different
European countries. The project will produce sustainable outputs, including a multilingual
digital platform and a European Traditional Sports Guide.

Project Objectives
• Promote inclusion and intercultural dialogue through traditional sports
• Increase European awareness and visibility of traditional sports and games
• Develop educational and digital resources to support the transmission of traditional
sports
• Strengthen transnational cooperation between universities, sport organizations,
municipalities, and cultural associations
