ERASMUS + KA1&2

İDESAM Consultancy is a Turkey-based research and project development centre with over 20 years of experience in national and international funding programmes. We work closely with public institutions, local authorities, universities and civil society organisations, providing strategic consultancy throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Within Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2, İDESAM operates through a dual and complementary role:
• We may participate directly as a project partner or work package leader, where relevant to the project structure and expertise required.
• At the same time, we actively support and represent a diverse portfolio of organisations to whom we provide project consultancy services. These organisations may join consortia as partners, or be matched with suitable international partners through our networks.

Our added value lies not only in participation, but in consortium architecture:
• identifying the right type of partner for each work package,
• connecting institutions with complementary capacities,
• supporting balanced, credible and impact-oriented consortium structures.

Thanks to our broad institutional portfolio, we are able to:
• propose suitable partner organisations for existing or developing consortia,
• support coordinators in strengthening their partnership structures,
• contribute strategically to project design, work package logic and sustainability planning.
