(Erasmus+ Ka-152) Volunteers Building the Future through Intercultural Dialogue

Volunteering for Intercultural Dialogue: Building a Shared Future through Youth

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA152-YOU programme, we are seeking international partner organisations willing to cooperate in the design and implementation of the youth exchange project titled “Volunteers Building the Future through Intercultural Dialogue.” The project is structured around the themes of volunteering, intercultural dialogue, and international interaction, and aims to bring together young people from different countries within shared learning and co-creation processes.

Planned to be submitted in the February 2026 application round, this international youth exchange aims to strengthen young people’s intercultural understanding, promote a culture of living together, and approach volunteering as an active learning tool. The learning process will be supported through experiential activities, intensive interaction-based sessions, group work, field-based and volunteering activities, and will be further enriched by non-formal education methods and structured reflection sessions.

The international mobility is planned to take place in Denizli, Türkiye, and will be implemented over a period of ten days. The project is designed as an inclusive learning environment in which participants live together, share responsibilities, and engage in collective production. In this context, shared daily life practices and collective responsibilities will be used as core learning tools to strengthen teamwork, empathy, and intercultural dialogue.

The target group of the project consists of young people aged 18–30. Priority will be given to young people who are interested in volunteering and youth work, willing to actively participate, have limited prior Erasmus+ experience, and come from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Participation is foreseen with five young participants and one group leader from each partner country.

Partner organisations are expected to contribute to the selection and preparation of participants, actively participate in project activities, ensure regular communication and coordination throughout the project cycle, and support the dissemination of project outcomes at the local level. The project aims to establish long-term cooperation among participating organisations and to create a strong and sustainable foundation for future Erasmus+ partnerships.

Organisations interested in the project are kindly invited to contact us via email or WhatsApp to request an online meeting in order to receive further information and discuss potential cooperation.
