Erasmus Application 2024-1-PT01-KA122-SCH-000214642: - Short-term projects for mobility of learners and staff in school education

As Conservatório de Música de Loulé - Francisco Rosado is a very recent artistic school on the Portuguese scene (6 years old), however, with proven excellence in its education and positive impact in the Algarve region and Portugal, we believe that this is the right time to open its doors to Europe through creation of partnerships and synergies with other music conservatories. A project of this nature will deepen our reflection on how we can continue to improve the quality of our education to our students and improve partnerships.
With the implementation of the project, through the development of the international dimension of Conservatório de Música de Loulé - Francisco Rosado, we intend to promote equal opportunities for CML-FR teachers and students in terms of their technical, scientific and artistic capabilities. We are convinced that this path will motivate and help improve student results,
reinforcing the school identity in and with Europe.
We believe that carrying out this project will result in more motivated students and teachers - from both partner schools -, with more skills and, consequently, better results in the short and medium term. We expect students to see evidence of the consolidation and
development of their skills. In the case of teachers, we hope that they will have the opportunity to be confronted with new approaches and methodologies, thus stimulating their reflection and consequent evolution as teachers.
