The core stage of the project will be implemented by equAllity Camp in Lankaran, gathering a group of 30 young participants from various countries.
Inequality is a global challenge. All of its types are faced by people across the world. Not only affect they our lives, but also have deep consequences for everyone in the society. Among the very consequences are: reductions in the economy sustainability, the worsening of existing vulnerabilities, including conflict and disasters, the weakening of social security and so on.
The main objective of the camp will be to raise the participants’ awareness about inequality through different non-formal educational activities. On first two days, there will be icebreaking, team-building. The second 3 days will be devoted to the interactive seminars, which will assist young stakeholders with consulting multiple types of social inequality, realizing the current situation around the world and comparing the strategies and methods of reducing the above-mentioned issue in their communities. The last days are to be devoted for dividing participants into 3 groups:
1. Trainers Team (the group, which will be taught the methods and principles of holding the trainings)
2. Organizers Team (the group that will be thought to become project developers).
3. Multimedia Team (the group that will be writing articles, dealing with multimedia and its share, promoting the ideas of the project).
On this phase above-mentioned groups will be trained by professionals to develop their skills in particular field, so in future to be able to create own small workshops within their countries, and, at the same time, to prepare their own performances for Exhibition that will be held on the last day of the Project.
