EQUALENS – Youth Workers through the Lens of Equality

EQUALENS aims to strengthen the competences of youth workers to integrate gender equality and inclusion into their daily practice.

EQUALENS aims to strengthen the competences of youth workers to integrate gender equality and inclusion into their daily practice. The project will create a safe and creative learning space where participants explore gender stereotypes, privilege and equality through non-formal methods such as simulation, storytelling, forum theatre and reflection. By the end of the training, participants will develop practical tools and approaches to apply gender-sensitive practices in their organisations.

Planned Activities:

7-8 day international training course in Türkiye (+2 travel days)

20-25 youth workers from 4-5 countries

Follow-up local workshops and Equality Days in each partner country

Looking for:
Active NGOs, youth associations or community-based organisations experienced or motivated to work on gender equality, inclusion or youth empowerment. Prior Erasmus+ experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Partner Role:
Each partner will send 5 participants, contribute to session design, share good practices and organise a local dissemination event.
