Equal in Divercity

Training Course "Equal in Divercity" is the meeting of youth workers interesting in activities on the field of anti-discrimination. The aim of the project is to share experience and good practices about methods and tool of work with the topic of anti-discrimination. In the multicultural societies there are still strong stereotypes and prejudices in which we meet in our common work with youth. In the last years we can observe spread of hate speech and nationalist attitudes, especially in the groups of youths.

During 10 days training, which will take place in Poland, nearly Baltic Sea, youth workers from at least 6 countries (4 persons from each country) will work using different non-formal learning methods and tools such as: drama, simulation games, outdoors activities, group building activities, manuals to discuss and deepen their knowledge and skills to lead the anti-discriminations workshops.
