ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RURAL AREAS

"Entrepreneurship in rural areas" is a long term project will be held in Azerbaijan and has a duration of 12 months, beginning on August 1, 2017 and the terminus August 1, 2018, consisting of two mobility and Capacity Building activities.
The project focusing on the sustainable development of rural areas by introducing youth workers and leaders entrepreneurial attitude. Through project we’ll share innovative practices and provide participants problem solving tasks that will be adaptable in their countries. We aim to promote entrepreneurship as one of the ways to solve social problems in rural areas, such as unemployment, emigration, aging, poverty and so on.
We want to:
• develop the capacity of youth organisations in entrepreneurship;
• strengthening the competences of youth workers to support their target- groups;
• provide participants skills that are necessary to succeed in youth activities that are focused on

the subject of employment.
All working activities will aim at fostering intercultural learning and exchange between participants from diverse backgrounds. Methodology will include simulation games, role play, plenary debates, interactive lectures, audio-visual presentations, small and large group discussions, self- assessment, study visits and more.
With the participation the youth workers will be able to strengthen and support their organisations to tackle social problems, to multiply the impact of youth work, to raise the visibility of their projects.
