This project aims to support the reintegration of offenders into society by strengthening the entrepreneurship and social innovation skills of probation staff. In collaboration with NGOs, universities, and public institutions, specialized training programs will be developed to equip staff with the knowledge and skills to design social entrepreneurship and employment-oriented programs. These programs will enable probation officers to support offenders in acquiring vocational skills and accessing employment opportunities.
Through job shadowing and training based on best practices in Europe, probation staff will learn innovative solutions and approaches that can be implemented within their own institutions. The project also encourages participants to organize internal seminars and training sessions to share the knowledge they have gained, further extending the impact.
Additionally, small-scale entrepreneurship projects will be developed to provide offenders with vocational skills, supporting their reintegration into society. Ultimately, the project aims to enhance professional skills, promote social inclusion, and reduce recidivism, fostering stronger democratic participation and social cohesion.
