Enhancing Youth Competences

Main aim: The training course will focus on personal development of young people from disadvantaged background (migrants, refugees and other vulnerable groups) through eco-friendly and eco-centric models.
Duration: 7 days.
Location: Minsk, Belarus
May-July 2019

Youth workers involved will be equipped with knowledge how to stimulate young people's personal development by enhancing their environmental and entrepreneurial competences through a holistic approach based on eco-centric philosophy and a natural lifestyle.

The training objectives are:

- To increase understanding about the common reality all over Europe regarding violent radicalisation;

- To increase the awareness of young people’s needs to develop foundation for active participation in the society and prevention of involvement in violent activities;

- To increase critical thinking and sense of initiative

- To equip with innovative methods and tools for working with hard to reach young people and stimulate their personal development;

- To develop skills to prevent violence and radicalisation of young people
