EmpowerYouth: Cultivating Initiative Through Decision-Making

As the International Salt Culture Art and Youth Association, we are interested in art and cultural activities and we continue our activities as an international association with firm steps. Our biggest advantage in our activities in terms of education and culture is that we are individuals with knowledge in each field we apply.

We are preparing a KA210 Erasmus+ project for the 5th of March deadline which is about empowering youth to be more iniatitive in the NGO. Our organization lacks proactive solutions from youth, therefore we would like to develop our youth with this mindset. To be impactful, using experiential learning strategies, creative drama techniques and ideathon will be our methods. We would be glad to see you as one of our partners.

The project aims to equip young people aged 18-25 with the tools and confidence needed to navigate proactive steps, embrace their unique identities, and empower our organizational activities.
