EmpowerNext: Enhancing Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship through Youth Work

Aim:
The project aims to explore and strengthen the role of youth work in improving employability and entrepreneurial skills among young people. This project will bring together youth workers, educators, and young entrepreneurs from various European countries to share best practices, develop new methodologies, and create a supportive network.

Objectives:

- To deepen the understanding of the correlation between youth work and youth employability and entrepreneurship.
- To equip youth workers with innovative tools and methodologies to foster employability and entrepreneurial skills in youth.
- To establish a network for continuous learning and collaboration among youth workers and organizations across Europe.
- To contribute to policy discussions on youth work’s role in employability and entrepreneurship.
