Dear colleagues,
Below are the details of our partnership call for an upcoming application for an ERASMUS+ small-scale partnership project.
The aim of our project is to encourage and support young women’s (18 to 35 years old) from rural areas professional engagement.
For the purpose of the project we are planning on creating online educational program with 4 modules:
1) Entrepreneurship;
2) Gender equality;
3) Digital tools for business;
4) Social Entrepreneurship.
With the first module Entrepreneurship we will try to explain to young women the way to turn their hobby or business idea into their own business. We will try to dispel the misconception that it is something very complicated and we will give them appropriate financial literacy so that they can properly plan and set up that business. We will inform them about the available support measures for self-employment, as well as the available support measures for young businesses and we will explain them how to use these measures.
With the second module Gender equality we will try to increase young women’s awareness about gender stereotypes and prejudices, which are based on the idea of women's inferiority and on the stereotypical roles of women and men. Young women need to know that they have the right and strength to make choices for themselves according to their personal wishes.
With the third module Digital tools for business we will introduce young women to various digital tools that are very important for performing from basic to complex business tasks. For setting a successful business is very important to be familiar with many digital tools, there are many free learning resources, and performing some business tasks with these tools by your own will save you a lot of money.
With the third module Social Entrepreneurship we will introduce young women to the concept of Social Entrepreneurship, and by sharing with them few successful stories about rural social startups will try to encourage and motivate them in social entrepreneurship.
We are planning to apply for a small scale partnership project with consortium of 4 partners. Each partner should prepare a particular module of the educational program.
We will prepare the first module of the program, the Entrepreneurship module.
The potential eligible partner should:
1) Have an expertise and capacity to prepare other module of the educational program (Gender equality; Digital tools for business; or Social Entrepreneurship);
2) Participate in preparation of the first module: Entrepreneurship by providing us with some required data to adjust the program to specific condition in each country;
3) Be able to make effective dissemination of the project results to our target group (young women, aged 18 to 35) living in rural areas.
As a newly formed organization, this will be our first ERASMUS+ cooperation project and we will very much appreciate a help and guidance from an experienced partner through the process of application as well as implementation of the project.
