Empowering NEET youth with employability, digital, and communication skills

Across Europe, young people who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) face a compounding set of barriers: economic exclusion, limited digital and language skills, low self-confidence, and a lack of visible role models. This exchange will combine practical workshops, role-play and mock interviews, and structured peer reflection.
