Empowerment for Employment through Enterprise - E3

The project is an 8 day training course aimed at strengthening youth leaders/workers capacity in their role and empowering them through useful and practical knowledge and skills in order to support young people to initiate, develop and translate their own creative ideas into successful business ventures.

This project that will take place in 2016 shall gather 12 youth leaders/workers together to learn together, develop skills and share best practices.

The project elements will include interactive exercises, workshops, presentations, discussions, training and group work. It will also include visits to success stories social entrepreneurs and actual participation in production cycle of a chosen product.​

The objectives of the project is for youth leaders/workers;
- To explore the concept and elements of youth entrepreneurship.
- To provide knowledge, capacity and tools to participants to be able to support young people in developing and translating creaitve ideas and talents into successful business enterprises.
- To enhance cooperation and exchange of good practises, information and methods among participants.
- To build relationships for future partnerships and newtworking.
