Partner with OCTAER's Living Lab (79 municipalities in Emilia-Romagna) to validate youth participation and digital storytelling tools on a large scale.

OCTAER - The Emilia-Romagna Arts & Culture Hub is launching new Erasmus+ 2026 youth cooperation projects. We operate as a Distributed Living Lab involving exactly 79 Municipalities and a community of over 150 creative organizations (Event Lab).

What we offer to EU partners:

Scalable Validation: Access to a massive territorial network to test and validate youth participation tools, non-formal education methods, and digital storytelling in real urban and rural environments.

Scientific & Admin Support: Our projects are backed by an independent Scientific Technical Committee (CTS) and managed by our specialized Octa-EUR department, ensuring zero-risk administrative compliance.

Strategic Topics: Digital Storytelling, AI-driven Media Literacy, Democratic Participation, and Intergenerational Solidarity.

We are looking for:
Youth organizations, NGOs, and local authorities ready to act within the Quadruple Helix model, interested in high-impact dissemination, community engagement, and long-term sustainability.

Support provided: Through our Distributed Living Lab, we provide non-formal education, digital storytelling toolkits, and access to a network of 150+ creative organizations. We offer a safe environment for co-creation, ensuring high societal impact and the validation of skills through Micro-credentials.
