This project relates to KA 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals.

We are looking for 8 partners, each one from different programme or partner country neighbouring the EU for a 6 days training course for Youth workers, Youth leaders, EVS mentors/tutors or people interested to work with youth in the future. The course will aim to provide necessary tools which could be used in order to facilitate their work with Youth by empowering the youngsters to lead their own social/life projects in the frame of Erasmus + in the future.

The training course will aim to articulate social leadership through participative and collaborative tools, and development of social abilities and emotional education. The emphasis will be given to develop the following competences:

• How to identify and develop your own leadership style; development of self awareness by using SWOT-MECA analysis;
• Communication and active listening; elaboration of social abilities for leadership which could be seen as the capacity to effectively negotiate complex social relationships and environments;
• How to create communication and diffusion strategies for projects and performances in order to enhance the visibility of them;
• Delegation skills - it can give team members responsibility and a taste of leadership themselves, and help them to remain motivated; Giving and Receiving Feedback (give others their views on personal performance in a way that will be constructive rather than destructive); Mediation techniques for a conflict management between community agents while incorporating the notion of human rights in a daily practice (basing on Compass and Compassito suggested methodology);
• Team management; How to design and plan of common macro strategies focused on social impact;
• Developing the knowledge of project management and opportunities within the context of Erasmus+, Youthpass;
• Sharing best practices and strategies (cooperation with other organizations) at the international level.

The course methodology will be based on the Stair Case Methodology developed by Colectivo GENTES. This is an experiential learning and non-formal education process , where participants will have a chance to learn from each other experiences and perspectives.

We are looking for partners who would have an interest to lead E+ projects in the future and we are specifically interested in creating a partnership with organizations who work in a non-formal education.
