Empowering Ghanaian Youth and Staff with Skills and Tools via Training and European Collaboration

Empowering Ghanaian youth and staff, especially those with fewer opportunities, through skills training, mentorship, and EU collaboration for impact.

This project aims to strengthen the capacity of ZoZa Foundation staff and empower Ghanaian youth by providing them with essential skills, knowledge, and tools through training, workshops, and collaboration with experienced European partners.

Through structured learning activities, including skill-building sessions, mentorship programs, and job-shadowing opportunities, participants will gain practical competencies in areas such as youth work, community development, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion.

The project also promotes cross-cultural learning and international cooperation. European partners will share best practices, innovative methodologies, and project management expertise, helping ZoZa Foundation implement higher-quality programs that are scalable and sustainable.

By the end of the project, participants will be better equipped to:

Deliver impactful youth and community programs

Support vulnerable populations effectively

Foster local leadership and initiative among young people

Implement innovative solutions in education, skills training, and community development
