Empowered volunteers

Economic Social Reserach & Development Organisation is an NGO which deals with the employability of young unemployed women, men and the disabled. In order to support the access of the people stated above , we organize informative meetings and seminars and we also works with local faulty of administrative sciences to create new enterprenuers. According to the data announced by local job-finding office, 95% of the physically and mentally disabled young people don't have any job and they are funded by government funds, which has two negative results ; one is they are considered as just consumer at home and the second is their psychology is getting worse and they feel themselves 'Nothing to do' in life. The project aims at empowering the entreprenurial skills of the young disabled to contribute their recognition as productive citizens in community. The projects also will contribute the increase of their self-confidence, intercultural dialogue and learning European values such as active citizenship, democratic rights, participating decision-making mecanism etc.
