Empower to Be Eligible Looking for Partnerships in KA1 + KA2 ERASMUS+ Youth Exchange

Empower to Be Eligible is a youth exchange project coordinated by Conexão Acadêmica Abroad (CAA), Mozambique. Beyond empowering participants, the project reinforces the leadership capacity of CAA itself, ensuring our team becomes more specialized and better equipped to guide candidates.

By strengthening our leadership, we can provide young people with the tools to become competitive and eligible for scholarships, leadership programs, and economic development opportunities.

Key elements include:

Capacity building for CAA leadership to enhance expertise and organizational sustainability;

Training and mentorship for youth candidates with alumni and current scholarship holders;

Multilingual and intercultural development to prepare for global opportunities;

Networking with international experts to expand cooperation between Africa and Europe;

Representation of communities in prestigious international programs.

The project contributes to a more active youth, stronger community representation, and long-term sustainability of CAA’s mission.
