Empower Mind: Combat Sports & Digital Storytelling for Youth Self-Efficacy

Youth Exchange empowering young people via combat sports, mental resilience (self-efficacy), and digital storytelling. Gender-balanced & inclusive project

Empower Mind is an innovative Youth Exchange designed to build self-efficacy, psychological resilience, and digital expression among young people using non-formal education. Our project combines pad/mit work from combat sports (Kickboxing/Muay Thai) with Bandura's Self-Efficacy Theory and digital storytelling (short-form video production). We aim to promote gender balance, physical empowerment, and digital literacy in a safe, inclusive environment in Istanbul.
