Employee sharing in the sports sector

This project focuses on promoting employee sharing in the sports sector as an innovative response to employment challenges. By pooling resources across clubs and organizations, it creates more stable and sustainable jobs for young professionals, while offering them the opportunity to work in diverse environments and develop a broad range of skills. The initiative aims to strengthen youth employability, enhance job stability, and open up meaningful career opportunities in sport, particularly for those facing socio-economic barriers. At the same time, sports organizations benefit from easier access to qualified staff and reduced administrative burdens. The project also specifically targets sport employers, raising awareness about employee sharing and equipping them with practical tools to address their recruitment and workforce retention challenges, making the model a sustainable win–win for both employers and employees.
