Employability Buzz

Institute of Creative Thinking (Polish: INSTYTUT KREATYWNEGO MYSLENIA, IKM), youth organization based in Wroclaw, Poland is looking for partner organizations from Erasmus+ programme countries for project EMPLOYABILITY BUZZ (eBUZZ) that will be submitted to Polish National Agency under KA1 Mobility of youth workers of E+.

Profile of applicant: Institute of Creative Thinking is relatively new youth organization established by young people in order to promote creativity in youth work, social inclusion, active participation and employment. ICT gather young psychologists, lawyers and social workers from Lower Silesia region. Main target group are young people 18-30 with different fewer opportunities for participation in society.

Profile of partners: youth organizations with limited experience in international youth work and aim to support young people in employment trough non-formal education, local support activities and information. Partners should be based in Erasmus+ program countries. Priority will be given to the partners from countries where youth unemployment rate is above EU average. Partners that takes participation fee for sending participants will not be taken into consideration.

Profile of participants: youth workers aged 18-30 with few exceptions regarding age. Each partner organization will send 2 participants. One participant will be directly delegated by partner organization based on established selection rules, while second will be selected by partner organization and project team together trough open call for participants on Salto.

Aim of project: To provide creativity buzz to employment oriented youth work in Europe trough education of youth workers about support to youth employment, youth entrepreneurship and labor mobility. Project will results with eBUZZ box including examples of innovative and creative local activities aiming to support unemployed young people. Project will also provide space to involved organizations to develop international partnership and plan follow up activities.
