Emotional Intelligence Against Bullying

KA210-SCH-The emotional intelligence–based project aims to increase empathy and reduce bullying, thereby fostering an inclusive and safe school climate.

This project aims to provide a comprehensive, Emotional Intelligence–based solution to the growing problem of peer and cyberbullying in schools. It seeks to help students develop self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation skills so they can demonstrate constructive behavior in times of conflict. Within the scope of the project, peer mediation systems will be established, teachers’ crisis management capacities will be strengthened, and an Emotional Intelligence Curriculum Guide will be developed. The overall goal is to reduce incidents of bullying and create an inclusive, safe school climate.
