Elevator to success

This project is about improving personal and soft skills required to succeed in career.

Youth unemployment is still a big problem in EU countries. According to statistics (December 2017), average youth unemployment in EU is 16,1 %, and in few countries it is even higher than 30%. Both human resources managers and commom sense tell us that good grades or diploma doesn't grant young people a good job, because their personal and soft skills play a huge role. In this project, participants will improve their personal skills by discussing, listening to lecturers and businessmen and participating in various challenges, focused to improve teamwork, leadership, critical thinking and stress management. We expect to have 30 participants from 5 countries (5 + 1 leader from each country).
